Seksyen Pendidikan Komuniti (a section of the Kementerian Kesihatan Awam, Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan Sarawak)  provides bulk loan of books to over 200 public and village libraries. It also provides mobile library services in co-operation with the local municipal or district councils (Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Sarikei, Sri Aman, Mukah, Samarahan) and operates the reference libraries in Kuching Civic Centre and at Jalan P. Ramlee.
